I am not a lawyer, and the statement here isn’t an example of Russell’s Paradox.There are communities that conceal movies like the one here from individuals based on weekly/ill defined community standards then harass the individuals while everyone else can see the controversial movies. Having the movie reviewed by individuals that have proven to be non-violent or non-hypocritical is the best idea. What you see in ‘Pretty Baby’ continues to exist in the U.S., but it is concealed. When you have a setup when it is difficult to be self sufficient after adequate work, a brothel-system is in town. The rumor is: if someone is being re-initiated into community standards, LGBTQ initializes it even if the person is heterosexual. It’s not "censoring" per se. Thentheatrical/DVD releases trimmed a bit from the top and bottom for the 16:9 widescreen format, whereas for the 4:3 VHS release a bit more was shown.
This is the widescreen cut, lacking the "extra".
